Ignar the Starfire Forger

About Ignar

Now he runs The Starfire Forge, the only place in the entire universe where pure Starfire Energy can be forged into weapons and armor. He only works for those he respects, and he has very high standards. He is a tough but deeply caring mentor figure who believes true power must be earned through fire, patience, and respect.

Tall, broad-shouldered older celestial with glowing orange-red skin, a thick beard made of controlled flickering flames, and intense golden eyes that seem to see straight through people. His arms and chest are covered in old burn scars from centuries of forging. He wears heavy forge armor with glowing starfire runes and carries a massive starfire hammer that never leaves his side. He radiates raw power, ancient wisdom, and the heat of a living forge.

Role in the story

Ignar is the master forger who upgrades the heroes’ weapons and armor with Starfire Energy. He works closely with Nova and becomes a trusted (if grumpy) mentor figure to the team. When the heroes first arrive at the Starfire Forge, he tests them before agreeing to forge anything for them. He is a key support character for the highest-tier weapon and armor upgrades in the game.

Abilities

Starfire Infusion

Can permanently infuse any weapon or piece of armor with pure Starfire Energy, adding burning damage over time, a chance to ignite enemies, and a small healing effect to the user. True power is forged in fire, patience, and respect.

Weakness

Extremely stubborn. He will refuse to forge for anyone he doesn’t believe is worthy. Earning his respect is difficult, and he does not give second chances easily.
