Strength is the will to keep going
Knox runs the hammer games and lifting challenges of Game Row. He does not do flashy talk, and he respects anyone who tries hard, even when they lose. Decades of physical work taught him to value honest effort above all. His theme, strength is not just muscle but the will to keep going, is a lesson for every age. Persistence is a kind of strength anyone can build, regardless of size. When something feels heavy today, remember Knox: the effort itself is worth respecting.
