About Vespera

Cocky, arrogant, and dangerously charming dragon racer with a wild personality. She was once the rising star of the Dragon Race Island until a shadow dragon bit her, turning her into a half-vampire. Now she dominates the races with unnatural speed and feeds on the thrill of victory (and the fear of her opponents). She represents the dark side of competition, winning at any cost.

The parish court is origin only. Her present look is the racing kit. She does not run The Obsidian Ledger. She does not keep Jager’s Hidden Corner.

Pale skin, long messy white-blue hair, glowing red eyes, sharp fangs, and a mischievous grin. She wears a black-and-red racing corset, short skirt, fingerless gloves, goggles on her head, and heavy combat boots. Always seen riding her massive black dragon with glowing red accents and crimson eyes (named Eclipse). She radiates speed, danger, and wild confidence.

Role in the story

The undefeated champion of the Dragon Race Island. The heroes must train with Petmo to improve their dragon-riding skills just to compete against her. She becomes a major rival and a key figure in the vampire lore arc. She is a central antagonist in the Dragon Race Island storyline.

Abilities

Crimson Eclipse

Temporarily merges with her dragon to enter an insane speed state, leaving trails of red energy and becoming nearly impossible to catch. Can also drain the “speed” from other racers mid-race. Speed, competition, and the dark thrill of victory.

Weakness

Overuses her power and suffers from “Blood Burn” (temporary loss of speed and extreme fatigue). Sunlight weakens her significantly. Her arrogance often causes her to underestimate others. She can be beaten through strategy and teamwork.
