OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a InfusedLights.com gift card and processed within 5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Use our prepaid return label option to make your return easier!
Merchandise must be returned by the customer with original tags attached, unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging.
Returned packages sent to us that are not cleared by InfusedLights.com will not be accepted.
If an item arrives damaged, InfusedLights.com must be notified via email at support@InfusedLights.com within 48 hours from the delivery time of your package.
