Prompts to start with
Choose three prompts and write four lines for each: Where do I want to bring warmth today? What boundary will protect my energy? What am I quietly grateful for? What would make today feel meaningful, even if it is ordinary?
When you finish, circle one action from what you wrote. Keep it small and specific, like sending a kind message, taking a real lunch break, or saying no to one extra request. That single action is how the journal becomes part of your day.
Rotate prompts every week or two to keep the practice fresh. If you miss mornings, an evening version works just as well. The aim is a few honest minutes of reflection, not a perfect routine.
Journaling for lightworkers works best when it stays short enough to finish. Infused Lights prefers prompts that end in a bodily action, not an endless analysis.

Prompt set
What does my body need before my mind leads? Where am I pretending to be fine? What truth would make today simpler? Whom can I thank without performing? What boundary would protect my afternoon? What joy is already available for five minutes? What am I ready to release by noon? Where is Spirit asking for patience, not force? What would kindness look like in my next message? What fear is asking for a smaller step? What beauty did I almost ignore? How will I close the day?

FAQ
Do I have to write every morning?
No. Journaling works best as an invitation, not an obligation. A few times a week, or whenever you feel called, is plenty.
What if I do not know what to write?
Start with a simple prompt, like "Today I want to bring..." or "Right now I notice..." One honest sentence is enough.
Should I reread my journal entries?
You can if it feels helpful. Many people find patterns and progress when they look back after a few weeks, and some prefer to let entries rest.
