Amy Dove is a healer who works with sound, Reiki and gentle touch. Through Blue Felisha Energetics, she invites people to relax, release and receive as singing bowls, tuning forks and her own soothing voice help the mind and spirit find alignment. Amy has recently moved her practice to St. Louis, Missouri, where she welcomes clients at her studio, Chateau Bleu.
Meet Amy
Amy is a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher in the Usui tradition. As a Reiki Master, she channels balancing energy into trouble spots and intuitively tunes the body, and clients often leave her touchless sessions feeling refreshed, enlivened and energized. Amy describes her work as Christian, Earth and creation centered.
Sound healing and sound baths
Sound is at the heart of what Amy offers. In a sound bath you are surrounded by harmonic waves from singing bowls and tuning forks, joined by Amy’s own vocalizations, so the vibrations can reach into your chakras and, in her words, make them sing. It is a deeply restful way to let the body resonate and the mind settle.
Reiki, reflexology and Reiki training
Alongside sound healing and Reiki, Amy offers gentle reflexology. Sessions begin with an Epsom salt soak, then clients recline on the massage table for a relaxing 45 minute session that works from scalp to face, to hands, to feet, activating the nerve endings that correspond to the joints and organs and getting energy moving.
For those called to learn, Amy teaches Usui Reiki. In her teaching, attunement passes from Master to student through the traditional violet breath, opening the pathway for healing and connecting the student to all that Reiki encompasses.
The studio at Chateau Bleu
Amy’s studio is connected to a short term rental space that her clients can rent, which makes it a lovely option for anyone traveling in for a session. She hopes to use the space for women’s retreat work in the future.
Please note that the studio is up a set of steep stairs. Amy is working on adding a chair lift, but it is not in place yet, so reach out to her ahead of time if stairs are a concern.
