Divine Circle is a breathwork and sound healing space in Tapovan, Rishikesh, India, where people come to slow down and deeply connect with themselves. Its team of yoga teachers, sound healers, breathwork facilitators and spiritual mentors welcomes everyone as part of a global family.
Daily classes in Rishikesh
Each day brings morning and evening group sound baths with gongs, crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls, along with pranayama, classical hatha yoga, a hatha flow class and an evening meditation drawn from the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra. Twice a week the studio fills with Drum, Dance, Dissolve, an ecstatic dance with live drumming and handpan.
Healing breathwork
Every Thursday and Sunday, Divine Circle holds a three hour healing breathwork journey that brings together conscious connected breathing, art therapy, a sharing circle and integration.
Trainings and certification
For those called to share this work, Divine Circle offers a seven day intensive Sound Healing Course in three levels and a fifteen day Breathwork Facilitator Training in nine modules, from the art of holding space to integration and aftercare. Divine Circle is an accredited training provider with IPHM and the International Breathwork Foundation. Breathwork trainings are led by Shiva, Breathwork Facilitator Trainer.
“Come as you are, let us work with you. We welcome you to heal, celebrate and evolve.”
