Meet Leah
Leah Frazier, Esq., CMT, MCT MP, brings about 350 hours of certified professional training in meditation, sound and vibrational sound therapy, Usui Reiki, mindfulness and embodied activism. She has studied with Chelsey Charbeneau of Breathe, Meditation and Wellness, Master Reiki Instructor Yvonne Futch, Dr. Kay Colbert and Sarah Sampson for mindfulness certification, and the University of San Diego for mindfulness based stress reduction education. Meditation, sound and Reiki
Her classes blend guided meditation, breathwork, visualizations and sound. Offerings include guided meditation, sound baths with gongs, chimes, crystal and Tibetan bowls, mindful meditation, customized Usui Reiki sessions that may include essential oils, sound bowls and crystals, and Vibrational Sound Therapy using therapeutic sound bowls near or in contact with the body. She partners with organizations across Dallas for meditation and sound healing, and she often says, have gongs, will travel.
“This sound bath was exactly what I needed after a long week at work. Leah's sound baths is not just a class but an experience. She's one of the best sound healers in Dallas.”
