QALB is a Toronto, Canada practice founded by Wafa Mahbouli that brings together Kundalini Activation, breathwork and sound in immersive experiences across the Greater Toronto Area. Each gathering is an invitation to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself in a safe, supportive and deeply intentional space.
Meet Wafa
Before founding QALB, Wafa spent more than twelve years in the corporate world as a senior financial analyst. Her own journey led her to breathwork, sound, meditation and Kundalini Activation, practices she says helped her reconnect with who she had always been beneath the noise. QALB was born from that transformation.
Wafa is a certified Kundalini Activation facilitator and a breathwork and sound bath facilitator, and she has guided hundreds of public, private, festival and corporate experiences around Toronto. Every session is guided by presence, intuition and deep listening rather than a fixed script, so no two gatherings are ever the same. Outside of her sessions she is a travel content creator who has explored 33 countries.

The meaning of QALB
The name reflects four guiding principles: Quest, the courage to begin; Awakening, becoming aware of yourself and your patterns; Liberation, releasing what no longer serves you; and Balance, returning to a more grounded and authentic way of living.
Ways to connect with QALB
- Group experiences. The signature gathering combining Kundalini Activation, breathwork and sound, held at venues around Toronto such as Evergreen Brick Works and a salt cave.
- Private sessions. One on one or small group experiences for couples, friends and families.
- Corporate wellness. Breathwork and sound experiences for teams, leadership retreats and conferences.
- Retreats. Immersive multi day experiences, coming soon.
