At the heart of Rainbow Raaja is the Reign Cycle: Storm, Alchemy, Rainbow, Reign, a four phase approach to transformation. Each phase meets a different need, from finding stability during difficult times to embracing deeper healing and personal sovereignty. Every experience can be booked on its own, so you can begin wherever you feel called, and Emily also offers extended healing journeys for those seeking deeper work.
Storm: Find your peace in the chaos
For when life feels overwhelming, disappointing or uncertain.
Sometimes the first step toward transformation is simply finding solid ground again. Storm sessions combine transformational life coaching, energy clearing, Reiki, chakra alignment, cord cutting, entity removal and spiritual protection practices to help you work through challenging situations, release unwanted energetic and emotional attachments and reconnect with your own inner guidance.
The intention is to move from chaos into calm, with a sense of stability, clarity and energetic protection where recovery and renewal can begin.

Alchemy: Transform your energy, access your possibilities
For when you are ready to move beyond old patterns and align with what you desire.
Alchemy focuses on energetic transformation, intention and the subconscious patterns that shape our experiences. Emily combines customized Light Codes, Akashic Records readings, Reiki, intuitive guidance and energetic upgrades to support you in releasing limiting patterns, raising your energetic vibration and aligning more intentionally with your goals.

Rainbow: Restore your natural harmony
For when your mind, body and spirit are ready for deep restoration.
Rainbow sessions focus on restoring harmony throughout the whole energetic system. Through Reiki, Quantum Healing, customized Crystal Grids, Light Codes, sound healing and intuitive energy work, Emily works with the chakras, meridians and auric field, inviting you to reconnect with your vitality, inner harmony and sense of wholeness.

Reign: Step into your sovereignty
For those seeking a profound ceremonial experience and deeper integration.
Known as the Royal Treatment, Reign is Emily’s signature ceremonial healing experience. This personalized ceremony integrates shamanic journeying, sacred Icaros, Reiki, crystal grids, channeled messages and, where available and appropriate, therapeutic massage and bodywork, guided by your intentions and spiritual framework.
Reign is an invitation to embody the wisdom gained through transformation and step into a deeper relationship with personal authority, spiritual connection and self mastery.
Individual session: 120 minutes, $250
Most sessions are available virtually worldwide. Hands on massage and bodywork require an in person appointment and are subject to availability. Specialized shamanic healing and entity clearing
In addition to the Reign Cycle, Emily offers individualized shamanic healing sessions that bring in Crystal Grids, Light Codes, sacred Icaros, spiritual journeying and channeled guidance. For specialized spiritual clearing, she also works with Kevin Blackwood, a demon hunter and spiritual clearing practitioner, on ceremonial entity extraction, depossession, property clearing, breaking curses and hexes and spiritual protection. These sessions come through her work as an ordained minister, drawing on both Christ guided and shamanic traditions, and are for people who feel they are struggling with spiritual warfare, such as hauntings, intrusive thoughts, nightmares or streaks of bad luck.

Emily’s work reaches beyond individual sessions into creative expression and learning. Her Self Reflection Journal offers four months of self reflection and shadow work, and From Victim to Valiant is a transformational learning experience about reclaiming personal power and becoming a more conscious creator of your life. Her original artwork explores transcendental spirituality, symbolism and energy. She also offers workshops, guided spiritual experiences, sound baths, ceremonies and speaking, for wellness spaces, spiritual communities and educational venues. Meet the practitioner behind Rainbow Raaja
Emily writes on her website that massage therapy has been a passion since she was a child, and that she attended the Hands on Healing Institute in Tujunga for massage therapy. She went on to study Reiki, crystal therapy, polarity therapy, energy therapy and sound therapy, with over 400 hours of energy modalities, and later met her mentors Paul Hinsberger and Neelam Nanwani, who introduced her to Shamanism. She has since explored shamanic practices from many cultures around the world, and she says the most profound teachers have been life, nature and the spirits themselves.
Her work has been recognized with Business Rate’s Best Alternative Medicine Practitioner of Pierce County 2026 and of Sumner 2025, the GHP Holistic Health Awards’ Best Shamanic Energy Infused Massage Therapist of Washington 2026, and the COVR Visionary Awards Silver for Rainbows Rising in 2021. Across everything she does, her mission stays the same: helping people reconnect with their inner resources, explore their potential and become active participants in their own transformation.
