SOLMERE is the 9D Breathwork practice of Denise Solmere, a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and Conscious Living Mentor based in North Haven, Connecticut. Her promise is simple: Power. Safely Held.
What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is a guided, immersive journey that weaves together intentional breath patterns, layered sound, binaural beats and voice guidance. Each session begins with an introduction to breathwork, moves into a selected recorded journey, and closes with integration time with Denise, plus follow up access by email. For in person events, everything is provided: headsets, eye masks, pillows, blankets, leg bolsters and mats.
At SOLMERE, every story is honored. In Denise's words, your nervous system sets the pace, nothing is forced, and power is invited, not extracted. No force. No overwhelm. Just space to breathe, release, and feel like yourself again.

Meet Denise
Denise is a lifelong learner who has walked her own deep path of self understanding through many modalities, supported by her chosen tribe of friends, loved ones and her beloved dogs. Before SOLMERE she created and led fitness and wellness programs, cofounded a training and simulation company, and volunteered for communities of humans and animals around the globe. She holds a BS in Business Communications from Bentley University and is currently writing her first book.

- Public events. Guided group 9D Breathwork sessions you can join near you.
- Group bookings. A shared journey for your team, retreat group or friends.
- Private experiences. A one on one journey of 60 minutes or more, virtually or in person at a location you choose in New Haven County.
- Find a Way to Breathe. SOLMERE believes breathing is a birthright, and accepts donations so others who need assistance can experience breathwork too.
