Every spiritual community has a heartbeat. In Sedona, Arizona, one of them is Team Light, a group of friends, teachers and creators who have built everything they do around a single mission statement:
“Raise the planet’s vibration, Raise the vibration of mass consciousness, and execute those tasks with the Highest Intent.”

Who is on the team
Team Light was founded by Rion De’Rouen, who describes himself as a planetary guardian and spent six years traveling to sacred sites around the world, including Easter Island, Machu Picchu and Giza. Shana Eva has served as director since 2017 and hosts Heart On Radio, her podcast exploring metaphysical and esoteric topics. The wider team includes Tone Mellard, Sheila Knies, founder of Best Tours of Sedona, and Lisa Harrington, each bringing their own gifts to the circle. Their site also introduces Zach Fisher, the creator of The Day of Being, whose Way of Being Foundation is another friend in our Light Network.
RISE of The Guardians
Team Light’s signature gathering, RISE of The Guardians 2026, took over the Sedona Performing Arts Center from May 8 to 10, 2026. The weekend wove together speakers, panels and Native wisdom shared through prophecy, teachings and prayer performances, including Ruben Saufkie of the Water Clan of the Hopi people. For anyone who could not make the trip, Team Light released a Digital Experience with more than 17 hours of original content.
How Team Light helps the world in its own way
Team Light’s way of serving is to make a high vibration something you can carry into everyday life, not only feel at an event. They do it with music: DJ STARLORD’s releases, like the Time Lord album, come with intentional lyrics, smooth beats and uplifting melodies that the team calls “the 5D soundtrack you've been waiting for.” They do it with access: the Team Light app keeps the teachings within reach between gatherings. And they do it by lifting up others, with a “5D Businesses We LOVE” page that points visitors toward fellow conscious creators.
Perhaps the clearest expression of their mission is the room they make for Indigenous voices. Ruben Saufkie shares Hopi teachings of finding balance, harmony and unity, which lead to peace, and giving those teachings a place beside modern speakers is a quiet reminder that raising consciousness has always been a shared, intergenerational effort.
