Rellian Ashveil is the Hollow Saint of Duskwane Parish, a memory binder and the partner of Ravelle Nightwell.
The parish calls him the Hollow Saint the way you call a locked door kind: it keeps things in.
About Rellian
Rellian is a gaunt, lanky dark elf of the vampire elf court. He has a hollow chalk white face, black eyes, black lips with a thin black drip on the chin, wet look black hair, and pointed elf ears. He wears a gold embroidered black velvet tailcoat over a cream waistcoat embroidered in gold, and he carries a candle topped iron staff with a cracked white mask chained to it. He looks like a feast day mask that learned how to walk.
He is the quiet half of the pair. He loves Ravelle the same way she loves him: too much, and with no interest in being saved. Together they do small, elegant harms: a forgotten promise, a face that will not stay in a mirror, a laugh that belongs to someone else now.

The memory binder
Rellian binds memory, not with fire or a new school of magic, but with the old court craft of names, timing, and light that has nowhere to go. His gift is the Ashveil Bind: he binds a memory into a token such as a mask shard, a marigold, or a name card. The person keeps the day. They lose the reason it mattered.
The bind needs a true name or a willing moment. Ravelle’s loyalty is both his cover and his leak; threaten her and he stops being careful. Bright, honest light frays the mask.
Rellian and the wider cast
Rellian is an optional late encounter in Duskwane Parish, together with Ravelle Nightwell. He belongs to Duskwane Parish, not the Hollow Court, and he does not keep a stall at the Whispering Bazaar; that post belongs to Jager. The pair have a soft tie to the Obsidian Ledger.
