Harmony Sound Healing Honolulu is Celia Maria’s sound bath practice on Oʻahu, Hawaii, offering live crystal singing bowl ceremonies on the beach, in the garden and in community spaces. Her group celebration sound baths bring friends, families and gatherings of three or more into the same calm rhythm, so everyone can slow down and share a moment they will remember together.
Celia’s group celebration page describes an experience for groups of three people and up, such as bachelorette trips, family vacations, birthday celebrations with friends, friend reunions and retreat groups. Group trips can be fun and a little busy, and her idea is simple: everyone arrives, settles in and receives the sound together. No experience is needed and nothing complicated has to be planned.

Each session is a guided meditation and sound journey shaped around your group’s intention. It includes a short introduction, a gentle breathing exercise, her guided meditation to connect with nature in Hawaii, and time to lie down and receive the sound together, in an outdoor setting with ocean or mountain views.
She offers two ways to experience it. The Standard session is 60 minutes with a white crystal singing bowl and chimes, and your group brings its own yoga mats or blankets. The Deluxe session is 90 minutes, with yoga mats, pillows, light blankets and eye masks provided for up to 10 people. Rates and booking are on her website.

Celia names Waimanalo Beach, which she describes as more private, along with Sandy Beach and Hoʻomaluhia Botanical Garden in Kaneohe as locations for group sessions, and she is glad to look for a spot closer to you. Waikiki’s Kahanamoku Beach is also on her list of favorite places, and her other group page mentions private residences and community centers. Sessions are available at sunrise, sunset or whenever suits your group. Beach sessions need a permit, so she asks for 30 days to process it, and she suggests booking ahead to reserve your date.

Celia Maria describes herself as a sound bath expert and meditation guide. She was born in Ecuador and now lives on Oʻahu with her husband, their two daughters and their dog. She writes that before she ever moved to Hawaiʻi, she had a dream telling her to learn to play the singing bowls. After arriving on the island she followed that calling, became certified as a Sound Bath Practitioner and Breathwork Coach, and founded Harmony Sound Healing Honolulu.
She shares that she is not Hawaiian, that she deeply respects the land and its culture, and that during a session she explains how guests can honor Hawaiʻi and express their gratitude to the land. Her sound baths are soulful, intuitive and heart led, inspired by the spirit of Aloha.
“To me, love is the beginning of everything.”
Celia Maria, from her website

Celia says that all of her instruments are played live and that no recorded music is used, so the combination of sounds is unique to your gathering. Her instruments include quartz crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes inspired by the four elements and Tinsha bells. She also welcomes clients as her ʻohana, her family.

Beyond group celebrations, Celia offers sound baths for solo travelers, couples, pre and post wedding gatherings, corporate teams and online sessions, and she hosts community sound baths on Oʻahu. Visit her website for current offerings and dates.
Sound baths are for relaxation and reflection and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
