Se7en Waves Sound Vibes is a luxury sound bath company founded by Danielle Thibodeaux, offering floating sound baths and immersive sound experiences in Texas and Colorado. Guests settle in with crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes and flutes in beautiful hotel, resort and private settings. The company describes itself as the nation’s leading luxury sound bath experience.
Meet Se7en Waves
Danielle’s own sound journey began with a personal experience of sound, which led her to certification in sound healing. She studied Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drums and gongs, and she holds an MBA from Texas Woman’s University along with certifications as a sound therapy and sound healing practitioner, a sound therapist and a yoga nidra teacher. She also speaks at wellness events. The name Se7en Waves carries meaning for her: seven for harmony, transformation and connection, and waves for the flow of energy and change. Her mission is to elevate consciousness through sonic wellness and to offer a sanctuary to explore and rest.

Floating sound baths
The signature experience is the floating sound bath. Guests lie on floating mattresses with a neck pillow, blanket and eye mask while a team of practitioners plays a one hour sonic meditation that begins with a grounding meditation. Sessions run about 60 to 75 minutes, and water assistants are on hand throughout. Zero gravity chair and mat experiences are also offered. Se7en Waves partners with luxury hotels, resorts and iconic venues, and its practitioners are also wellness instructors and creative artists.
Texas and Colorado
- Austin. Floating sound baths are held at the Renaissance Austin Hotel, with new dates posted on the website.
- Dallas Fort Worth. Floating sound baths run from April through October.
- East Texas. Private floating sound baths, in home sessions and nature experiences.
- Colorado. Floating sound baths, including events in Arvada, plus virtual sound bath sessions, led with managing partner Chris Vigil.
Private and corporate events
Se7en Waves brings sound, relaxation and wellness to birthdays, weddings, engagement celebrations, baby showers, girls’ gatherings, retreats, celebrations of life, conferences and private dinners, from an intimate sound bath at home to a larger experience at a hotel, resort or private property. Corporate teams can book short breakout sessions, a 45 minute reset or a full hour experience, with add ons such as breathwork, meditation, gentle movement and yoga. Gift cards, a membership community called the Vibe Tribe and a referral program are also available.
Sound baths are for relaxation and personal reflection and are not a substitute for medical care.
