A few gentle tips from the maker: experiment with mallet size, shape and material to find the sound you love. Place bowls on the body's energy centers and steady them with your free hand while striking. Hold the small hanging bowl above the head for the crown chakra, and nest the bowls in their covers for transport. Most of all, enjoy the creativity of playing.
