Waiting well
Waiting for news, a job offer, a test result, a reply from someone important, can pull attention into constant checking and imagining. Feel the waiting honestly. It is uncomfortable, and that is normal.
Keep life moving. Cook meals, see friends, go for walks, do your work. Waiting does not have to occupy the whole day, even when it occupies part of your mind.
When new information arrives, receive it as it is, not as your imagination predicted. Staying present while you wait helps you respond with more clarity when the answer finally comes.
Keep one normal thing
You are waiting for important news, and it consumes your thoughts. You check your phone constantly and cannot focus on anything else.
Choose one normal activity to keep doing while you wait: your morning walk, cooking dinner, a weekly call with a friend. Commit to it fully, even if your mind wanders.
Notice how keeping one normal thing helps you stay grounded. Waiting is hard, and small anchors can make it more bearable.
To go deeper with what you practiced here, you might sample the Season of Magick collection on Gaia. It is optional, and your pace stays yours.

A simple rhythm to try
Here is the whole rhythm in three steps. First, feel the waiting. Then keep life moving. Finally, receive new information.
