Sometimes a good opportunity arrives and we complicate it with doubts, conditions, and over thinking. Hear the invitation clearly. What exactly is being offered?

Remove the extra story. Fears like "I do not deserve this" or "it will probably go wrong" are often louder than they are accurate.

Answer with ease when the invitation fits your values and capacity. Not every yes needs a long deliberation. Some simply need to be received.

You are offered an opportunity that excites you, but your mind fills with doubts: "I am not qualified," "It might not work out," "What will people think?"

Write down the opportunity and the doubts. For each doubt, ask whether it is based on evidence or fear. Cross out the ones based on fear.

Notice how the opportunity looks without the extra story. Some yeses are simpler than they first appear.
