Center of the Earth is a gallery and gathering space in the mountains of Western North Carolina, created to facilitate connection and healing. From its home in Brevard, it offers enchanted art, sound, classes, retreats and performances, and it is Brevard’s home of the Harmonic Egg.
Art. Healing. Community. Learning.
Center of the Earth describes itself as a creative spiritual community center that provides a place to gather, heal, learn, grow and share. Placing great value on creativity and community, and recognizing that we are part of a much larger, living, sacred being, its mission is to preserve, assimilate and distribute Original Wisdom. Everyone is welcome here, of all ages and genders, and diversity is warmly encouraged.
“Reconnecting with the intelligence of nature.”

Meet Jenn
Jennifer Snowdon, known to friends as Jenn Snow, serves as Executive Director of Center of the Earth and guardian of the Harmonic Egg at its Brevard location. Her journey with the center began through her relationship with the Bearoness and Margaret Bear, the founder, and grew into a deep connection with their shared vision of creating a space for expanded consciousness.
To Jennifer, Center of the Earth is, at its heart, a place of healing, connection and acceptance, a space where people can come exactly as they are. Whether someone comes for a Harmonic Egg session, a gathering, an educational experience or simply a place to connect, she hopes they leave with a deeper sense of self, and a knowing that they are never alone and everything is possible.
The Harmonic Egg
The Harmonic Egg is a wooden, sacred geometric resonant chamber that uses sound and light. Reclining in a zero gravity chair, you are surrounded by custom curated music and custom color selections chosen around your own intention, while a trained Egg Guardian supports a state of supreme relaxation. Some have likened it to reaching shavasana in yoga. Center of the Earth also welcomes beloved pets to the Egg.
The Bearoness Gallery
The center features the work of the Bearoness, artist and beloved partner of Margaret Bear. Created through a feminine, relational process of art and astrology, her paintings evoke the intrinsic Enchantment of our world, inspiring a deep remembrance within the viewer.
