Ragini Ashok is a Reiki Master Practitioner who offers in person and distant Reiki sessions by appointment. Her own Reiki journey began in 2021 with a single session that she describes as a powerful hug from the Universe, and today she shares that gift with others and creates meditative art through RAMA.
Her path to Reiki
Ragini writes that her journey into the Usui System of Natural Healing began in 2021 with a life changing session in Copenhagen. She walked in not knowing what to expect and left feeling completely embraced by the universe. That experience led her to join the Reiki circle of her teacher and Grandmaster, Natalia Kurazynska, where she felt at home in a welcoming community of practitioners. She went on to study the First and Second Degrees, learning self treatment, in person healing and distant healing, and she earned her certification as a Reiki Master Practitioner in 2023.
Her story reaches across continents, from a vibrant upbringing in Karnataka, South India, through higher studies in Copenhagen. She says a dedicated daily meditation practice, which she began at age 25, led her to meditative art and to Reiki, and that she founded Ragini Ashok Reiki and Ragini Ashok Meditative Art (RAMA) to guide others back to their inner source of strength, wisdom and heart centered well being.
“Reiki is love flowing in silence, guiding you back to yourself.”

What a session is like
Ragini says every session begins with an open hearted conversation, a safe space to share whatever you are carrying, whether that is physical tension, emotional heaviness, grief or simply a longing for peace. Reiki then meets you where you are, and the session closes with reflection and integration so the experience becomes more than just a session. She describes it as a sacred space of presence and trust, held with prayer for the highest good of all.

RAMA, meditative art
Alongside her Reiki practice, Ragini creates Ragini Ashok Meditative Art, or RAMA, paintings she describes as born from stillness and presence. Her RAMA site also offers a free guided meditation, a meditation portal, commissions and news of her exhibitions.
