The Integral Reiki Center for Healing, known as INRCH, is a downtown Frederick, Maryland Reiki studio founded by Melissa Mullen, a Reiki Master Teacher, Medical Reiki Master and Soul Poeticist. Its invitation is simple: turn on your light. INRCH offers Reiki healing sessions, Reiki certification classes, Soul Poetics channeling, spirit clearing and workshops, in person on East 4th Street in Historic Downtown Frederick and online.
Meet Melissa
Melissa writes on her website that her journey is empowered by intuition and the universal source of light energy. She is an Usui, Tibetan and Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, and she has served as a conduit for healing through Usui, Holy Fire, Tibetan, Karuna and Medical Reiki since 2016. She is also a clear channel who offers soul to soul information for healing, clarity and peace, and she has offered healing at conferences and festivals such as Illuminate Frederick and the International Association for Near Death Studies, along with spiritually transformative pilgrimage travel.
Her teacher for all levels of Reiki and psychic development training is Harriet Shager of Intuitive Healing Spirits in Frederick, who was trained by William Lee Rand, founder of the International Center for Reiki Training. Melissa received Medical Reiki certification training from Raven Keyes of Medical Reiki International, so that she can offer Reiki in clinical and hospital settings alongside medical staff.
“Helping people to find peace and health, and passing along the light as a Master Teacher represents the flower of my passion to turn as many people on to their own divine nature as I possibly can.”
Melissa Mullen, from the INRCH website
Reiki healing
Reiki healing is offered in a peaceful, private setting at INRCH or online, for individuals, couples and groups, with meditative music and essential oils if desired. Her site notes that Reiki can be provided to people of all ages and to pets, as well as from a distance, and that a consultation to focus and refine the session is included. Melissa also offers Reiki workshops, talks and guided meditation at your location. Sessions are by appointment.
Reiki classes
Melissa teaches all levels of Reiki at INRCH in a home like setting and online: Reiki I and II, Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki Master, Tibetan Reiki Master and Medical Reiki. She is qualified by the International Center for Reiki Training to teach Usui Holy Fire Reiki from beginning level through Master, and students are welcomed into the INRCH community for ongoing support, with guided meditation events, Reiki Share events and classes. See her website for current class dates and fees.
Soul Poetics
Soul Poetics is Melissa’s clear channeling work, offered in person or online over Zoom. She describes it as communication with guides and light messengers from Source for healing, insight and the awakening of one’s highest Self, always shared in the light of Reiki energy. Once a month she also hosts an online Meditation for Planet Earth, an angelically guided event open to everyone, with a channeled meditation and time afterward for discussion.
Spirit clearing, workshops and adventures
For homes and workplaces, Melissa offers spirit clearing, using psychic channeling and advanced Reiki techniques to clear anything harmful and help spirits move into the Light. Her Way of Light workshops are small group gatherings for intuitive, empathic people who want to deepen their innate gifts with instruction, energy upgrades and community, and Way of Light Adventures take students to sacred places on Earth, including a trip planned for Wiltshire and Somerset, England in September 2027.
Sessions and guidance are for personal growth and reflection and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
