Raise Your Vibration is a metaphysical shop on the north tip of the Big Island, in the little town of Hawi, Hawaii. Owner Eila Algood calls it a Woo Woo Shop and wears the name proudly, with the tagline Honor the Woo Woo Within. It is a place to browse crystals, sound instruments and jewelry, sit under a large copper pyramid, and settle into a quiet Wellness Lounge.
The story behind the shop
Eila writes that in 2022 the chance to open a retail store appeared, and she was hesitant until the idea for a metaphysical shop came to her, the kind of store she loved visiting in the 1980s and 1990s. With a passion for music, she focused first on sound healing instruments. Raise Your Vibration opened on 11 11 2022, and since opening day there has been a large copper pyramid for visitors to sit under. When someone first called it a Woo Woo Shop she took offense, then realized it was best to embrace the name and honor all things Woo Woo. She has created the shop with the support of her wife Holly and her team, and says everything they do is meant to help a person raise their vibration, which may include feeling peace, joy, contentment and compassion.

In the shop
The shop carries a wide range of crystals, gems and minerals, including very large amethyst and citrine cathedrals, along with items made in Hawaii. Holly brings a lifelong love of jewelry making, a skill she learned from her mother, with earrings, necklaces and bracelets in the jewelry section, and many of the collector mineral pieces were gathered by her mother years ago.
- Sound instruments. Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, metal and crystal tuning forks, chimes, and native style hand drums and flutes.
- Crystals and jewelry. Crystals, gems and minerals, crystal wrap bracelets, mineral watchbands and gem water bottles.
- Books and cards. Channeled books and oracle and tarot cards.
- Wellness items. Essential oils, smudge kits and Raise Your Vibration branded items such as a detox bath soak, mugs, tee shirts and cloth bags.
- Wall art and decor, plus the shop is the Hawaii distributor for American Clay earth plaster, a natural clay wall finish, since 2009.
The copper pyramid and the Wellness Lounge
Two large copper pyramids, each with a chair underneath, invite visitors to sit and breathe for a few minutes. Many reviewers on her site mention sitting under the pyramid as a favorite part of their visit.
The Wellness Lounge is home to the Energy Enhancement System, which Eila’s site calls the Scalar Room. It has four zero gravity chairs to sit or recline in, with screens that her site describes as providing biophotonic light. Guests can reserve a spot online or simply stop in, first come, first served. The shop has also hosted a psychic fair and gatherings around healing and spirit communication, and her site introduces a Mystical Network of local readers and mediums.
