The Goddess Breath is the breathwork home of Dr. Mari Castle, PhD, a Certified Grof Holotropic Breathwork practitioner based in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. Her invitation is simple: breathe, awaken, empower.
Meet Mari
Mari holds a PhD and an MA in Transpersonal Psychology, and she weaves Holotropic Breathwork, Jungian psychology, shamanic principles and archetypal mythology into one heart centered path. She has facilitated over 300 Holotropic Breathwork journeys since 2005, and she describes her work as a bridge between worlds, inviting people beyond ordinary awareness into the sacred realms of consciousness.
Her own journey began in 1997, when she was led to holistic modalities and discovered Holotropic Breathwork. Today her mission is to help people reconnect with their body's innate wisdom, awaken their intuition and reclaim their inner power.

Goddess Teachings from ancient Sumer
In Mari's own words, she offers Goddess Teachings based on the ancient Sumerian cuneiform text. She is the author of two books on the goddess Inanna from the Sumerian culture of 5,000 years ago, The Sacred Union: Connecting the Masculine and Feminine Within and Unveiling The Modern Goddess: Thru Symbolism, Chakras and Myth. Through them she offers an archetypal view of the sacred masculine and feminine union within, aligned with the Jungian individuation process.
