Luminous Healing is the practice of Maria Colina in Makawao, Maui. Meet Maria
Maria's work is based on helping you access your innate capacity for self healing and discovery. Her approach is warm, personable and oriented toward a compassionate, non judgmental awareness of what supports your well being. Each session is personalized, from grounded and practical approaches based on relaxation and mindfulness to more metaphysical work such as energy healing and inner exploration.
She trained as a Reiki Master Teacher in Berkeley, studied Ayurveda with MMI College of Ayurveda and VedaWise, completed Sivananda yoga teacher training, and has practiced many forms of meditation since 2006. Creativity, collaboration, meaningful client relationships and community are essential to her work, and she has co created online programs including Infinite Beauty, the Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse and Fall Seasonal Reset, a 21 Day Healing Experience and the Emotional Harmony series.
“From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, safe, and completely at ease. Her energy was so calming, and the session left me feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply relaxed.”
