One Shamanism is the international shamanism school of Carolin Mallmann, a shamanic practitioner and Certified NLP Trainer based in Lisbon, Portugal. Her school teaches the universal shamanic practices online to anyone, regardless of background or belief, gently and with deep respect for their roots.
Meet Carolin
Carolin's shamanic visions began in childhood. After years in Berlin's tech and media world, life called her back to the path that had been waiting for her since she was a child. She gave her learning years to the traditions themselves: one to one training with shamans in Siberia, training in a Mongolian shamanic lineage, a three year apprenticeship with a spiritual teacher in North America, and extensive core shamanism training with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies (Michael Harner) and Sandra Ingerman. She calls her approach Grounded Magic, the structure of a master level coach with the soul of a shamanic practitioner.
Out of respect for the traditions, Carolin does not call herself a shaman. She is a shamanic practitioner and a guide, and her promise is simple: she will never stand above you. She is also a Reiki Master and Teacher, a yoga teacher, and the author of Path of the Paws, a spirit animal book and oracle card deck.

Ways to learn with Carolin
- Elements of Shamanism. A warm, step by step foundation training in five modules, taught live online in a small group with recordings and a supportive community. No prior experience is needed, and the next cohort begins November 14 to 15, 2026.
- Shamanic journeying. Learn to journey with the drum, meet your power animal and walk between the worlds, with no psychedelics required.
- Shamanic healing sessions. Soul retrieval, ancestral work and energy work, held gently and one to one.
- The One Shamanism community. A living membership with a new online course every month, live classes and Full Moon circles, plus meditations, workbooks and rituals.
- 30 Days of Shamanism. A gentle daily journey with one ritual a day, a short morning email from Carolin and a practice book.
