Characters
Ashlyra Emberwing
Ashlyra Emberwing, called Ash, is the High Priestess of the Ember Temple in Aetheria Skies.
She is a healer, spiritual guide, and temple keeper, and a key ally to the heroes.
About Ashlyra
Ashlyra is a Blue Avian who keeps the Ember Temple, a beautiful and warm sanctuary in Aetheria Skies that serves as both a place of worship and healing and her personal home. She is a key ally and healer for the heroes, offering healing, spiritual guidance, and powerful support, and she can join them on quests that call for someone who is both a healer and a fighter.
She has a graceful and warm presence. Her skin is smooth and light cream orange, and elegant dark orange feathers flow down her back and form her large wings. Her hair is a soft blend of dark orange and golden tones, and her warm amber golden eyes glow softly when she channels healing energy. She wears flowing robes in warm oranges, creams, and soft golds with light armor underneath for protection, and she carries a wooden staff topped with a glowing ember crystal. She feels nurturing, spiritual, and quietly powerful.
Ashlyra is warm, wise, and deeply compassionate, with a calm and nurturing presence that makes people feel safe around her. She speaks gently but can be firm when needed. She prefers healing and guidance over violence, yet she is a skilled fighter when pushed and will fiercely protect her temple and everyone under her care. Beneath the calm lies a quiet inner strength and a hidden fiery side.

Ember Healing
Ashlyra’s Ember Healing is a powerful healing that reaches everyone around her and cleanses harmful effects. Her Flame Shield creates a protective barrier that absorbs damage and reflects some of it back, and with Temple Sanctuary she can create temporary safe zones with strong healing auras. When she needs to, she channels Spirit Flame and turns her fire into an attack.
At first Ashlyra is a supportive but somewhat distant figure. As the heroes spend more time with her and prove their worth, she becomes more personally invested in their journey, and she may eventually join them on an important quest that needs both her healing and her combat skills.
