Brimble and Grin are twin clown performers and carnival gremlins of the Carnival of Echoes.
They argue constantly, on stage and off, yet they share a bond nothing can break.
About Brimble and Grin
Brimble is the optimistic one: bubbly, cheerful, and genuinely eager to make people happy. Grin is the pessimistic one: sarcastic, and convinced most people deserve to be mocked. They are human, possibly twins, possibly something stranger. They will not confirm.
They look almost identical, with very different vibes. Brimble has bright rainbow hair, a big cheerful smile, rosy cheeks, and a colorful clown outfit in yellows, pinks, blues, and purples, with ruffled collars, pom poms, and bells. Grin has messy black and purple hair, a constant sinister grin, sharp tired looking eyes, and a darker, tattered outfit in greens, purples, and blacks with heavy bells. Both have pointed elf ears.

Brimble and Grin live in contrast, joy against despair, and still they will always team up the moment anyone threatens one of them.

The Carnival of Echoes
They joined the Carnival because it is one of the few places where their chaotic comedy is not only accepted but celebrated. They run several comedy and game shows there, and their performances are hilarious because of how much they bicker and sabotage each other on stage.
They occasionally help the heroes, usually because Brimble wants to do the right thing and drags Grin along. When they work together, Brimble lifts morale and Grin breaks the morale of their opponents. When they work against each other, their powers turn chaotic and unpredictable. They rely entirely on comedy, trickery, and each other, and if they are separated for too long, both grow weaker and less stable.
