Many healers love the work and dread the posting. A simple weekly rhythm takes the guesswork out, so you can show up consistently and still protect your energy.
A gentle five day rhythm
- Monday, an intention. Share an affirmation or a simple focus for the week.
- Tuesday, teach one thing. A short tip, such as a breathing exercise or a crystal care idea.
- Wednesday, your story. Why you do this work, or a moment from your own path.
- Thursday, behind the scenes. Your space, your tools, how a session flows.
- Friday, an invitation. Open booking times, an event or a kind reminder that you are here.
