Once you are attuned and practicing, the next step is helping clients feel safe and cared for from the first message to the last goodbye. A few simple systems make a big difference.
1. Create a calm space
A comfortable table or chair, a soft blanket, gentle light and quiet music are enough. Keep the room uncluttered and the temperature cozy, and have water ready for your client.
2. Use clear intake and consent forms
A short intake form helps you understand what your client hopes for and any comfort needs, such as areas they prefer you not to touch. Explain how a session works and invite questions before you begin.
3. Offer thoughtful aftercare
A small card with gentle suggestions, such as drinking water and resting, gives clients something to take home and remember you by.
4. Honor your students
If you teach, a beautiful certificate marks the moment a student completes their level and becomes a lovely keepsake.
5. Be easy to find
Share your work consistently on social media and list yourself where seekers are looking. Healers can join the Light Network for a free listing and spotlight article.
