Mapping Your Yes in Color

It is not always easy to know what you truly want. Mapping your yes in color is a playful way to sort what lights you up from what drains you. This teaching turns your values into a creative, visual practice.

Where to begin with values, creativity, and clear consent

Notice the body signal that arrives with a real yes, including warmth, space, or steadiness.
Use color, shape, or a few words to make the felt sense visible without making it a rule.
Choose one small yes that respects your limits and can be revised.

A color map for decisions

When you face a choice, take paper and colored pencils or markers. Close your eyes and imagine saying yes to one option. Notice what you feel in your body, then choose a color that matches. Draw it as a shape, a scribble, or a few words.

Repeat for other options, including saying no or waiting. Look at the page as a whole. Which colors feel warm, spacious, or steady? Which feel tight or heavy? The map does not decide for you, but it can reveal feelings that words miss.

Combine the color map with practical information such as time, money, and responsibilities. A choice that feels bright and also fits reality is often a good one. Choices can be revised as you learn more.

Today's focus: intuition

Use color and simple marks to map where your yes lives in the body. Write three lines about how this shows up in your actual day. Then choose one kind action that is small enough to finish.

To go deeper with what you practiced here, you might sample an optional consciousness library. It is optional, and your pace stays yours.
