In Lawrence, Kansas, Bare Roots Energy is a Reiki and meditation center built around a simple invitation: come as you are. Jamelle Zablow-Moloney holds in-person sessions at her studio and offers online sessions for people farther afield. She mostly works with a method called Coded In Light now for integration and embodiment sessions, healings and coaching, with a focus on returning to your own rooted center.
Meet Jamelle
Jamelle describes herself as an Integration and Embodiment Coach, Healing Practitioner and Teacher, Lifestyle and Behavior Coach, Medium and Galactic Healer, New Earth High Priestess, Author, Educator, and the owner and curator of Bare Roots Energy. She founded the center in Lawrence in 2019 and specializes in weaving daily wellness practices into the lives of her clients.
She writes that she came into this work through her own seasons of burnout, grief and quiet searching, and that she has practiced energy awareness and whole-person wellness since childhood. As an educator since 2008 she studied and taught the intricacies of anxiety, depression and overwhelm. Today she focuses on coaching people through wellness and life-changing shifts, holding every session with care, presence and zero pressure.
“Healing isn't something I do to you. It's something we return to together.”

How Bare Roots Energy helps the world
Jamelle helps the world by helping people feel safe enough to begin. She tells visitors there is no need to know what to ask for, what to bring or how to start. Come as you are, she says, and the rest unfolds in its own quiet rhythm. No pressure. No obligation. Just a gentle first step.
She is open about her own history with overwhelm and looking for a way through, and she turns that honesty into hospitality for others. In her words, when we all feel better, we can do better, live happier and create a world that works better for everyone. Through Reiki classes, sound baths, coaching and community events, she gives people in Lawrence and online a place to practice that return together.
