On West Main Street in Middletown, Delaware, Namaste for Life is a healing center and metaphysical shop built around a simple greeting: the light in me honors the light in you. Owner Dr. Reba Businsky, Ph.D., created it as a nurturing space where the whole family can explore many modalities of healing in a welcoming community.
Meet Reba
Reba writes that her spiritual journey began quite a few years ago with a tarot card reading that she found very intriguing. Later she was re-introduced to angels in a bookstore, where she picked up a book on angels and a deck of angel oracle cards. When a run of life events left her very stressed, it was suggested that she might benefit from a Reiki session.
After a few sessions, her Reiki practitioner mentioned that she was teaching a Reiki I class. Reba attended and was hooked. The thought of being able to help others feel better and more relaxed was so inspiring that she took every class and progressed to become a Master Reiki Practitioner. Alongside her Reiki certification, she holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and an Angel card mastery certification.
“Namaste For Life is all about creating a supportive community where individuals can connect, grow, and prioritize their well-being.”
Reba, Namaste for Life

How Namaste for Life helps the world
Namaste for Life is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space where people can begin a journey of healing and personal growth, reconnect with their inner self and tap into the limitless potential of their spirit. It describes itself as more than just a healing center: a community of like-minded people committed to personal growth, well-being and transformation.
That community reaches out into the town, too. This October, Namaste for Life is teaming up with Middletown's Main Street organization for a Family Fun Fest, one more way Reba's shop invites neighbors to come together.
