The Wellness Body Mind Spirit Expo is Milwaukee’s premier holistic expo, created by Dr. Joanne Flanagan in 2014 to bring body, mind and spirit practices to everyone in Southeastern Wisconsin. Dr. Joanne has produced the show twice a year, every spring and fall, for 13 years.
Meet Dr. Joanne
Dr. Joanne is a psychologist, teacher, speaker and published author. She started the expo when there was nothing similar in Southeastern Wisconsin, with one simple aim in her own words: “My objective is to make body, mind, spirit holistic practices available to everyone interested in living a long, healthy life.” She believes knowledge is power, so each show gathers the best vendors in the area to share what they know.

What you will find at the expo
- Over 40 vendors. Readers, healers, merchandise vendors, artists and authors.
- Movement and relaxation. Sound bath meditation, Zumba, Pilates, chair yoga and Thai bodywork.
- Readings. Tarot, astrology and intuitive readings.
- Crystals and handcrafted goods. Crystals and stones, handcrafted jewelry, essential oils, candles and organic products.
- Reiki and energy work.
- Speakers all day, both days. Inspiring lectures included with admission.
The next expo
The fall expo takes place November 14 and 15, 2026, from 10am to 4pm at the Holiday Inn Milwaukee Riverfront on North Port Washington Road. Bring a yoga mat or blanket for the sessions, since chairs are provided, and enjoy plenty of free parking and food on site. Tickets, the vendor lineup and future dates are on the expo website.
