About Rax Sol
Rax Sol is the Star Mission Coordinator of The Nexus Ark, its strategic operations lead. He is a cosmic energy being who appears partially humanoid. He is completely bald, with elegant pointed elf ears, and glowing cyan blue circuit patterns run across his skin like living data streams. His eyes glow bright blue, giving him an intense but calm gaze. He typically wears a long, dark hooded robe with glowing blue energy lines that pulse and flow when he moves or focuses, and he carries himself with a calm, professional posture.
Rax is calm, highly strategic, and extremely professional. He speaks clearly and directly, rarely raising his voice, and he values precision, preparation, and efficiency above all else. While he can come across as distant or cold at first, he genuinely cares about the safety and success of his team. He has a very dry, understated sense of humor that only surfaces around people he trusts.

Star Mission Coordinator of The Nexus Ark
Aboard The Nexus Ark, Rax is responsible for mission planning, risk assessment, briefing the pilots and teams, and post mission analysis. He is an advanced strategic thinker and mission analyst. He can project holographic displays and data streams directly from his energy body, he is highly attuned to energy flows and can sense disturbances in the ship's systems or team dynamics, and he is capable of short range energy projection for defense if absolutely necessary.
He lives and operates aboard The Nexus Ark, and his quarters are minimal and extremely organized.
Learning to trust the team
Rax begins as someone who heavily relies on logic, data, and control. Through working with more instinctive and emotionally driven characters, especially Swift Foxveil and Jax Riven, he gradually learns to value intuition and trust in his team beyond just the numbers.
Rax Sol and the wider cast
Rax works directly under Orion, his superior and someone he respects deeply. Swift Foxveil is a trusted pilot he works with frequently, he is currently mentoring Jax Riven, and he works closely with Helix Vey on navigation and grid support. He also respects Steel for his craftsmanship and reliability.
