Shade is the Third Eye Chakra trainer of the Unity Training Clearing in the Bright Resistance Groves.
He teaches the dangerous but necessary art of working with shadow without being claimed by it.
About Shade
Shade has a lean, precise build, cool pale skin, short neat black hair with a slight forward sweep, and sharp, focused steel gray eyes with a subtle violet glint. He has pointed elf ears and clean, almost severe features. He wears fitted dark charcoal and deep indigo armor robes with clean geometric silver accents, and a controlled shadow crystal rests at his brow, glowing faintly violet black. When he channels, disciplined purple black shadow energy coils around one hand, never wild, always contained.
He is quiet, intense, and highly controlled. He rarely raises his voice and never wastes movement. He does not comfort easily, nor does he judge quickly. He observes, then speaks with precision. Among the trainers he is the most solitary, yet the one the others quietly consult when something feels off. He is not cold. He is careful.

The edge he walked
Shade was once exposed to true shadow corruption during the early pressure years and nearly lost himself. He survived only by learning absolute control. Rather than reject the experience, he refined it into a teaching path so others would never have to walk as close to the edge as he did.
His power is precise, restrained, and intentional. He uses shadow for perception, disruption, binding, and controlled offensive techniques, always within clear boundaries. In training he focuses on restraint, clear intent, reading residual shadow, and learning the difference between using darkness and being used by it. Where Rain aligns the voices of many, Shade teaches how to see clearly into what others refuse to look at. He is often found at the quieter edges of the clearing, near the paths that look toward the Shadow Forest, watching more than speaking.
