Rebecca White Raven is a sound healer, musician and kirtan leader in Ottawa, Canada. Surrounded by a growing collection of crystal singing bowls, gongs and other sacred instruments, she guides people into a peaceful space through sound, song and dance, and brings her community together to chant and sing.
Meet Rebecca
“I am a dancer, I am a lover, I am a musician,” Rebecca writes, and her joy for life shines through everything she shares. She loves music, sound, people, meditation, dancing and time in nature. When she discovered sound healing, it vibrated with her in a wonderful way, and today she spends her energy helping others discover their inner joys, release their fears and let go of old patterns that no longer serve them.
Rebecca honours the many teachers, mentors and friends who shaped her path, and she brings all of that love into every session and gathering.
What Rebecca offers
- Personal sound sessions. An hour of sweet sound and gentle vibration, using her bowls, gongs, chimes and voice, all set with your own intention. Sessions are offered for individuals and couples.
- Chakra tune ups. Sessions with tuning forks, on their own or alongside a sound session.
- Cranial sacral with sound. A session that pairs cranial sacral work with a relaxing sound journey.
- Group sound baths and gong baths. Crystal bowl and gong journeys for groups, plus gentle soundscapes for yoga classes and special events.
- Kirtan and chanting. Community gatherings where everyone sings simple, beautiful chants from many spiritual traditions. No singing experience needed.
Music to take home
Rebecca has shared her sound with the world through her sound healing album Lunar Love and the kirtan album A Chance for Chants, recorded with Kevin Guerette. You can find listening and downloads on her website.
“The chants filled my heart with love and when I lost track of where I was, I knew I was in a totally zen space where my heart sent out its most beautiful energy.”
