Sacred Space Las Vegas
Meet the founder
Sacred Space was founded by Tricia Trimble, a certified Hatha, Kundalini and Yin yoga teacher and a trained sound bowl practitioner. She holds an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health and Healing from the University of Santa Monica, and completed personal development coach training with the Coaches Training Institute. Her teaching blends restorative yoga, immersive sound experiences and intuitive guidance so you can explore, rejuvenate and grow at your own pace.
Classes and experiences
- Luxury Sound Bath. Settle onto a plush memory foam mattress with a heated eye mask while practitioners surround you with 432Hz crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments, then enjoy warm organic tea as you return.
- Sound Bath, Breathwork and Bliss. A three part journey through guided breathwork, a full sound bath of crystal bowls and gong, and quiet integration.
- Yin Movement and Gong Bath. Slow, floor based Yin yoga held for several minutes with props and mindful breathing, followed by a gong bath.
- Myofascial Yoga. Gentle, mindful movement and self myofascial release techniques with breathwork and body awareness.
The studio also hosts workshops, community circles, ecstatic dance and private events, and offers gift cards and membership plans. Guests describe it as serene, elegant and thoughtfully designed, a place they leave feeling lighter and restored.
