Sound&Soul Journey is the home of Isabel Cachafeiro, a holistic pharmacist and certified sound healer in Ireland. Her mission is to help you shift your frequency through sound and frequencies, offering a meditative, relaxing and safe space in her sessions, events, workshops and retreats.
Meet Isabel
Isabel is a holistic pharmacist specialized in nutrition, a sound healer with certified teacher training, a Reiki master, a Kundalini yoga practitioner, and a lover of Ayurveda and Chinese medicine. As a community pharmacist, her purpose has always been to help people make positive changes in their lifestyle through education and guidance.
Her connection to sound began at a very young age, attending music school and playing piano, and ever since she has used sound and instrumental music as a way to relax and find harmony. Much later in life she discovered sound healing as a holistic practice and decided to embark on this venture, creating Sound&Soul Journey.
Inside a sound journey
Isabel works with singing bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks, Tingsha bells, Koshi chimes, a rain stick and Zen chimes, playing them around the room or placing the Himalayan bowls on or near the body to create a soothing, immersive experience. Sessions begin with Isabel listening to your needs and intentions, and 1:1 sessions finish with a nurturing sound bath of harmonizing instruments. She may also bring in aromatherapy, crystals and light projectors to enrich the experience.

- 1:1 sessions. A personal 60 minute sound journey.
- Couple sessions. A 60 minute sound journey to share with a loved one.
- Group sessions. Small group sound journeys of 90 minutes, in Isabel’s home or in yours, followed by herbal tea and sharing.
- Corporate wellness. Sound sessions for workplaces.
- Retreats. Intimate retreats, including the Lunara women’s mini retreat in County Wexford and Sojourn retreats with yoga, nature, ceremony and a floating sound bath in Sierra de Espuña, Murcia, Spain.
